3D printers and problem in our world with solution

 3D PRINTER MACHINE

What is 3D printer?

The additive manufacturing process of 3D printing is used to create parts. It is "additive" in that it simply stacks and fuses layers of material to create physical objects instead of using a block of material or a mold to accomplish it. It can produce more complicated geometries than "conventional" technologies, is frequently quick, has cheap fixed setup costs, and a growing array of materials. In the engineering field, it is widely utilized, especially for prototyping and developing lightweight geometries.

Types of 3D Printer?

3D printers can be categorized into one of several types of processes:

  • Vat Polymerization: liquid photopolymer is cured by light.
  • Material Extrusion: molten thermoplastic is deposited through a heated nozzle.
  • Powder Bed Fusion: powder particles are fused by a high-energy source.
  • Material Jetting: droplets of liquid photosensitive fusing agent are deposited on a powder bed and cured by light.
  • Binder Jetting: droplets of liquid binding agent are deposited on a bed of granulated materials, which are later sintered together.
  • Direct Energy Deposition: molten metal simultaneously deposited and fused.
  • Sheet Lamination: individual sheets of material are cut to shape and laminated together.

How does it Work?

3D printing is part of the addictive manufacturing family and uses similar methods to a traditional inkjet printer - albeit in 3D .Additive manufacturing describes the process of creating something in layers, adding material continuously until the final design is complete. This term most often refers to molding and 3D printing.

PROBLEMS IN OUR WORLD WITH SOLUTION

Problem identification:

In Pakistan, one of the most important problems is networks. There is a very weak signal in the country due to which people can’t connect to reception for calling/messaging. Another problem with the weak signal is Wi-Fi/DATA problem. The slow network also put a bad reputation on the tourist. The world is using 5G but we are still stuck with 3G/4G.Pakistan faces a lot of networking problems. Some of the common issues are slow network, weak signal, physical connectivity, slow DNS look-up, and VLAN problem.

Problem statement:

To solve this problem, we need to install more cellular towers in the country to improve weak signal issues and improve the Wi-Fi/DATA problem. We need to upgrade our networks. We have to improve our connectivity.
